Rum Swizzle
Rum based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Dark rum | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Jamaican rum | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Orange juice | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Grenadine | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 2 dashes |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a tall glass and fill with crushed ice.
- Swizzle until the glass frosts over.
- Top with more ice and garnish.
