Rum Punch
Rum based, built, served in a highball.
The Caribbean rhyme: one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.
Ingredients
| Jamaican rum | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lime juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Simple syrup | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Grenadine | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 2 dashes |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with orange slice and grated nutmeg.
