Rum Runner
Rum based, blended, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Dark rum | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Banana liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Blackberry liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Grenadine | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
- Pour into a highball and top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with orange slice and a cherry.
