Doctor Funk
Rum based, shaken, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Dark rum | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lime juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Grenadine | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Absinthe | 6 drops |
| Soda water | top up, about 60 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a highball.
- Garnish with lime wheel and mint.
