Red Snapper

The Red Snapper is a built gin cocktail from United States, fresh and citrusy. It is made with gin, tomato juice, lemon juice and more, served in a highball over ice.

The Bloody Mary made with gin, as it was at the King Cole Bar in New York.

Ingredients

Gin45 ml (1½ oz)
Tomato juice90 ml (3 oz)
Lemon juice15 ml (½ oz)
Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
Tabasco2 dashes
Celery salt1 pinch

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
  4. Garnish with celery and a lemon wedge.
