Bullshot

The Bullshot is a shaken vodka cocktail from United States, fresh and citrusy. It is made with vodka, Beef bouillon, lemon juice and more, served in a rocks glass over ice.

The 1950s Detroit brunch drink: vodka in cold beef bouillon. A Bloody Mary without the tomato.

Ingredients

Vodka45 ml (1½ oz)
Beef bouillon120 ml (4 oz)
Lemon juice10 ml (¼ oz)
Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
Tabasco1 dash

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge.
