Rakomelo
Brandy based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Raki | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Raw honey | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Cloves | 3 pieces |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 piece |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Warm the raki gently with the honey, cloves and cinnamon, never boiling it.
- Pour into a warmed glass.
- Serve hot, with the cinnamon stick left in.
