IBA official cocktail, New Era. Rum based, built, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Raw honey | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Water | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Cuban aguardiente | 60 ml (2 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Mix the honey, water and lime and coat the inside of the glass with it.
- Add cracked ice, then the aguardiente.
- Stir hard from the bottom up.
