Hot Toddy
Whiskey based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Blended Scotch | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Raw honey | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Water | 120 ml (4 oz) |
| Cloves | 3 pieces |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Warm the glass with hot water and empty it.
- Stir the honey into the hot water with the lemon juice.
- Add the whiskey and the cloves and serve hot.
