IBA official cocktail, New Era. Agave based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Tequila blanco | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Lime juice | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Salt | 1 pinch |
| Grapefruit soda | top up, about 100 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with lime slice and a salt rim.
