Cantarito
Agave based, built, served in a highball.
Served in a clay cup in Jalisco, which keeps it cold and changes how it tastes.
Ingredients
| Tequila blanco | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Orange juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Grapefruit soda | top up, about 90 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with salt rim and citrus wedges.
