The Calypso Coffee is a built rum cocktail, creamy. It is made with dark rum, coffee liqueur, hot coffee and more, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Dark rum | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Coffee liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Hot coffee | 120 ml (4 oz) |
| Fresh cream | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Method
- Warm the glass and add the rum and coffee liqueur.
- Fill with hot coffee.
- Float lightly whipped cream on top.
