Mexican Coffee

The Mexican Coffee is a built agave cocktail, creamy. It is made with tequila blanco, coffee liqueur, hot coffee and more, served in a wine glass.

Ingredients

Tequila blanco30 ml (1 oz)
Coffee liqueur15 ml (½ oz)
Hot coffee120 ml (4 oz)
Fresh cream30 ml (1 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Warm the glass and add the tequila and coffee liqueur.
  2. Fill with hot coffee.
  3. Float lightly whipped cream on top and dust with cinnamon.
