Brandy based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Cognac | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Coffee liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Hot coffee | 120 ml (4 oz) |
| Fresh cream | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Warm the glass and add the brandy and coffee liqueur.
- Fill with hot coffee.
- Float lightly whipped cream on top.
