Brave Bull

The Brave Bull is a built agave cocktail. It is made with tequila blanco and coffee liqueur, served in a rocks glass over ice.

Strength: about 29% ABV in the glass, roughly 19 g of alcohol per drink (an estimate; brands and dilution vary).

The tequila cousin of the Black Russian.

Ingredients

Tequila blanco45 ml (1½ oz)
Coffee liqueur30 ml (1 oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
