Tokyo Tea

The Tokyo Tea is a shaken vodka cocktail, fresh and citrusy and long and fizzy. It is made with vodka, white rum, gin and more, served in a highball over ice.

The Long Island Iced Tea made green with melon liqueur.

Ingredients

Vodka15 ml (½ oz)
White rum15 ml (½ oz)
Gin15 ml (½ oz)
Tequila blanco15 ml (½ oz)
Triple sec15 ml (½ oz)
Melon liqueur15 ml (½ oz)
Lemon juice25 ml (¾ oz)
Simple syrup15 ml (½ oz)
Soda watertop up, about 60 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a highball.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel.
