Cold oolong tea with shochu, the drink that goes with every Japanese meal.
Ingredients
| Shochu | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Oolong tea | 150 ml (5 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
