Sherry Cobbler
IBA official cocktail, New Era. Wine based, shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Amontillado sherry | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Palo Cortado sherry | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Orange wheel | 0.5 piece |
| Lemon wheel | 0.5 piece |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake the sherries, sugar and citrus wheels briefly with ice.
- Strain into a julep cup packed with crushed ice.
- Garnish with berries and citrus and serve with a straw.
