Agua de Sevilla

The Agua de Sevilla is a blended cocktail from Spain and Portugal, creamy. It is made with cava, pineapple juice, bourbon and more, served in a wine glass over crushed ice.

Seville’s celebration punch, usually mixed by the jug for a table to share.

Ingredients

Cava90 ml (3 oz)
Pineapple juice60 ml (2 oz)
Bourbon15 ml (½ oz)
Triple sec15 ml (½ oz)
Fresh cream15 ml (½ oz)
Sugar1 teaspoon

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
  2. Pour into a wine glass and top with more crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with ground cinnamon.
