Perfect Martini
The Perfect Martini is a stirred gin cocktail, spirit-forward. It is made with gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth and more, served in a martini glass.
Perfect means equal parts dry and sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
| Gin | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Dry vermouth | 7.5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Sweet vermouth | 7.5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Orange bitters | 1 dash |
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
