Lava Flow
The Lava Flow is a blended rum cocktail, creamy. It is made with strawberry purée, white rum, pineapple juice and more, served in a highball over crushed ice.
Hawaii’s Piña Colada with a strawberry eruption.
Ingredients
| Strawberry purée | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| White rum | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Coconut cream | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
Method
- Pour the strawberry purée into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Blend the rum, pineapple and coconut cream with ice until smooth.
- Pour it over the strawberry slowly so the red rises up through the white like lava.
