Jet Pilot
Rum based, shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Jamaican rum | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Demerara rum | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Demerara rum 151 | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Grapefruit juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Cinnamon syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Falernum | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 1 dash |
| Absinthe | 6 drops |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
