Ingredients
| Cognac | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
| Ginger ale | top up, about 120 ml |
| Angostura bitters | 2 dashes |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with one long spiral of lemon peel.
