Green Beast
Liqueur based, built, served in a highball.
Charles Vexenat, 2010. Absinthe as a long, refreshing punch rather than a dare.
Ingredients
| Absinthe | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Lime juice | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Water | 100 ml (3¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with cucumber wheels.
