Frozen Daiquiri
Rum based, blended, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| White rum | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lime juice | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
- Pour into a coupe and top with more crushed ice.
