Fish House Punch
Brandy based, built, served in a rocks glass.
Philadelphia, 1732, and still the template every big punch bowl follows.
Ingredients
| Cognac | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Jamaican rum | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Peach liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Water | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a lemon wheel.
