Champagne Punch
Wine based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Cognac | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Triple sec | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Champagne | top up, about 90 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
