Gin based, muddled, served in a rocks glass.
Vincenzo Errico, Milk and Honey. A Negroni that went to the gym.
Ingredients
| White grapes | 5 pieces |
| Gin | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Campari | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Lemon juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Muddle the grapes in a shaker.
- Add everything else and shake hard with ice.
- Double strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a grape.
