Bramble
IBA official cocktail, New Era. Gin based, shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Gin | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 12.5 ml (½ oz) |
| Blackberry liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake the gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
- Drizzle the blackberry liqueur over the top so it bleeds down.
- Garnish with lemon and blackberries.
