Coquito
Rum based, blended, served in a rocks glass.
Puerto Rican Christmas in a glass, usually made by the litre and kept cold.
Ingredients
| White rum | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Coconut cream | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Milk | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Cinnamon syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
- Pour into a rocks glass and top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with cinnamon.
