Whiskey Smash
Whiskey based, muddled, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Lemon wedges | 3 wedges |
| Mint leaves | 8 leaves |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Bourbon | 60 ml (2 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Muddle the lemon wedges with the syrup in a shaker.
- Add the mint, bourbon and ice and shake hard.
- Double strain over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
