Kentucky Maid
Whiskey based, muddled, served in a rocks glass.
Sam Ross, Milk and Honey.
Ingredients
| Cucumber juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Mint leaves | 8 leaves |
| Bourbon | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lime juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Press the cucumber and mint gently in a shaker.
- Add the bourbon, lime and syrup and shake hard with ice.
- Double strain over crushed ice.
