Virgin Mojito
Low and no based, muddled, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Mint leaves | 8 leaves |
| Lime juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Simple syrup | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 120 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime.
