Vodka Sour
Vodka based, dry shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Vodka | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lemon juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Simple syrup | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Egg white | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake everything without ice for 10 seconds to whip the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard again.
- Double strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
