Vodka based, shaken, served in a flute.
Ingredients
| Vodka | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Lemon juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Champagne | top up, about 60 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
