Aperitivo based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Lager | 300 ml (10 oz) |
| Aperol | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Drink or pour off the top of a cold lager.
- Pour in the Aperol and the lemon juice.
- Serve in the bottle or over ice, with a lemon wedge.
