IBA official cocktail, New Era. Whiskey based, shaken, served in a coupe.
Sam Ross, 2008. Four equal parts, named after the song that was playing all summer.
Ingredients
| Bourbon | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Amaro Nonino | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Aperol | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Lemon juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
