Low and no based, built, served in a highball.

Ingredients

Lager	200 ml (6¾ oz)
Cider	200 ml (6¾ oz)
Crème de cassis	15 ml (½ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

1. Pour the lager and cider together into a tall glass, tilted so it does not foam over.
2. Add the cassis last and serve without stirring.
