Ingredients

Lager200 ml (6¾ oz)
Stouttop up, about 200 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Half fill a tall glass with pale ale or lager.
  2. Pour the stout slowly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
