Ingredients

Stout150 ml (5 oz)
Champagnetop up, about 150 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Half fill a tall glass with cold stout.
  2. Layer the Champagne over the back of a barspoon so the two stay separate.
