Wine based, built, served in a highball.

The Colombian Sunday lunch drink, often with a shot of aguardiente on the side.

Ingredients

Lager170 ml (5¾ oz)
Colombiana soda170 ml (5¾ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
