Porn Star Martini
IBA official cocktail, New Era. Vodka based, shaken, served in a martini glass.
Ingredients
| Vanilla vodka | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Passion fruit liqueur | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Passion fruit purée | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Vanilla sugar | 2 barspoons |
| Champagne | 50 ml on the side |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit dusted with sugar.
