Salted Caramel Martini
Vodka based, shaken, served in a martini glass.
Ingredients
| Vanilla vodka | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Butterscotch schnapps | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Irish cream | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with salted caramel rim.
