Liqueur based, shaken, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Crème de noyaux | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| White crème de cacao | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Fresh cream | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
