Birthday Cake Shot

The Birthday Cake Shot is a shot, made with vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao and fresh cream, served in a shot glass. It is creamy.

Strength: about 22% ABV in the glass, roughly 7 g of alcohol per drink (an estimate; brands and dilution vary).

Ingredients

Vanilla vodka15 ml (½ oz)
White crème de cacao15 ml (½ oz)
Fresh cream10 ml (¼ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled shot glass.
  4. Garnish with sprinkles rim.
