IBA official cocktail, New Era. Agave based, shaken, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

Mezcal22.5 ml (¾ oz)
Yellow Chartreuse22.5 ml (¾ oz)
Aperol22.5 ml (¾ oz)
Lime juice22.5 ml (¾ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
