IBA official cocktail, New Era. Rum based, blended, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| White rum | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Peach liqueur | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Honey syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Mint leaves | 10 leaves |
| Pineapple chunks | 3 chunks |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
- Pour into a coupe and top with more crushed ice.
