IBA official cocktail, The Unforgettables. Gin based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Gin | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 60 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with lemon slice and a cherry.
