Golden Fizz
Gin based, dry shaken, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Gin | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Simple syrup | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Egg yolk | 1 piece |
| Soda water | top up, about 60 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake everything without ice for 10 seconds to whip the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard again.
- Double strain into a chilled highball.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
