Frappé
Low and no based, shaken, served in a highball.
Invented by accident at the Thessaloniki International Fair in 1957, and never left.
Ingredients
| Instant coffee | 2 teaspoons |
| Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Water | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Milk | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Shake or whip the coffee, sugar and a little cold water until it holds a thick foam.
- Pour over a glass of ice and top with cold water.
- Add milk to taste and serve with a straw.
